Thank you for shopping at Iron Yokai! Below are the terms and conditions of our shipping policy. We ship from the United States using USPS, but offer international shipping as well.
Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipments may be delayed by a few days when we experience a high volume of orders, so please anticipate a little more time in transit during new release periods. If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you directly by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. In most cases, tracking numbers become active within 24 hours.
International Shipping & Order Tracking
International shipping is offered through USPS. International tracking numbers will start updating on USPS.com until your items depart the USA. International customers will then need to track packages through the destination country’s postal website using their original USPS tracking numbers.
Only packages shipped to Canada will continue to update on USPS.com until items are marked delivered.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
We do not claim responsibility for customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (e.g. tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged & Lost Packages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost in transit. We strongly recommend that you consider purchasing shipping insurance (offered separately) to ensure that your packages reach you safely.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. If you believe we shipped a defective product, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods prior to filing a claim.
If your order was marked "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly.

What carrier do you use to ship?
USPS. You can track your shipments through the USPS site and file a claim through them directly if your package is lost. To make sure your items reach you safely, please consider purchasing shipping insurance (offered separately).
What do I do if my tracking number isn’t updating?
Tracking numbers may not start updating immediately, depending on the shipping method selected. USPS First Class sometimes takes a day or two to update, and in other cases will not update at all until the item is out for delivery (or delivered). To check the tracking status of your item, click the link below:

Oftentimes, signing up for text and email updates will get your tracking number to start updating again.
Tracking shows my item was delivered, but I never got my package?
First give it a day or two—USPS sometimes marks items delivered before they go out for delivery. If your item doesn’t show up soon, please see if your neighbors have seen it. If you're still unable to locate your package, contact your local post office directly. The postmaster should be able to do a GPS trace on your package and will consult the person responsible for delivery. In most cases, you’ll be able to locate your package this way.
What if USPS was unable to locate my package?
If you purchased shipping insurance, you will be able to open a claim through USPS and get reimbursed through them. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to “Start an Online Claim.”
If you didn’t purchase shipping insurance, USPS may still be able to locate your package. Click the “Find Missing Mail” button for uninsured mail through the above link and follow the steps outlined there.
