Thank you for shopping at Iron Yokai! Below are the terms and conditions of our shipping policy. We ship from the United States using USPS, but offer international shipping as well.

Please note that we are currently only offering USPS Priority Mail for domestic customers, to make sure you’re covered if don’t receive your package(s). USPS Priority will automatically insure any packages valued under 50 USD and reimburse you if your package has been lost or misdelivered.

USPS First Class International will continue to be offered for overseas customers due to to the high cost of Priority International.

Shipping will be automatically combined for all orders placed on the same day, under the same account and to the same shipping address. The cost of shipping that will be in surplus will be refunded to the original payment method. If multiple orders were placed on different days before Rei is able to pack them, they will be combined at her discretion. Under no circumstances is Rei obligated to combine shipping on orders placed on 2 or more separate days. If you are an international customer (outside of the USA) who wishes for their order to be held (up to 7 days), please reply to your confirmation order saying you'd like your order to be held. Note that there will be a holding fee of $5/order. If Rei judges that there are too many items being held, she reserves the right to refuse holding onto the order(s) for any extra amount of time. This is heavily dependent on the package weight and/or size rather than number of items.

All orders are processed within 1-7 business days. Shipments may be delayed by a few days when we experience a high volume of orders, so please anticipate a little more time in transit during new release periods. If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you directly by email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. In most cases, tracking numbers become active within 24 hours.

International shipping is offered through USPS. International tracking numbers will start updating on until your items depart the USA. International customers will then need to track packages through the destination country’s postal website using their original USPS tracking numbers.

Only packages shipped to Canada will continue to update on until items are marked delivered.

We do not claim responsibility for customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (e.g. tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost in transit. We strongly recommend that you consider purchasing shipping insurance (offered separately) to ensure that your packages reach you safely.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. If you believe we shipped a defective product, email us at Please be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods prior to filing a claim.

If your order was marked "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact your local postal carrier directly.

What carrier do you use to ship?

USPS and UPS. You can track your shipments through the USPS or UPS site and file a claim through them if your package is lost. To make sure your items reach you safely, please consider purchasing shipping insurance (offered separately).

What do I do if my tracking number isn’t updating?

Tracking numbers may not start updating immediately, depending on the shipping method selected. To check the tracking status of your item, click the link below:

USPS Track & Confirm

Oftentimes, signing up for text and email updates will get your tracking number to start updating again.

Tracking shows my item was delivered, but I never got my package?

First give it a day or two—USPS sometimes marks items delivered before they go out for delivery. If your item doesn’t show up soon, please see if your neighbors have seen it. If you're still unable to locate your package, contact your local post office. The postmaster should be able to run a GPS trace on your package and will consult the person responsible for delivery. In most cases, you’ll be able to locate your package this way.

What if USPS was unable to locate my package?

If you purchased shipping insurance, you will be able to open a claim through USPS and get reimbursed through them. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to “Start an Online Claim.”

If you didn’t purchase shipping insurance, USPS may still be able to locate your package. Click the “Find Missing Mail” button for uninsured mail through the above link and follow the steps outlined there.
