Thank you for shopping at Iron Yokai! Below are the terms and conditions of my shipping policy. I ship from the United States using USPS, but offer international shipping as well.

Domestic Shipping Policy 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipments may be delayed by a few days if I am experiencing a high volume of orders—in this case, please anticipate a little more time in transit. If your order is significantly delayed, I will contact you directly via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Your tracking number will normally become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

I do not claim responsibility for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages 

I am not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. You may also email me if you believe I shipped a damaged product—I will do my best to find a solution for you. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What carrier do you use to ship?

USPS. You can track your shipments through the USPS site, and file a claim with them if your package is lost. If you want to make absolutely sure you get your item(s), please consider purchasing shipping insurance, which is offered separately.

What do I do if my tracking number isn’t updating?

Tracking numbers can take a little while to go live, depending on the shipping method used. USPS First Class sometimes takes a day or two to update, and in other cases will not update at all until the item is out for delivery or delivered. To check the tracking status of your item, try the link below:

Oftentimes, signing up for text & email updates through that link will “shake the package loose” and get your tracking number to start updating.

Tracking shows my item was delivered, but I never got my package?

First give it a day or two—USPS sometimes marks items delivered before they go out for delivery. If your item doesn’t show up soon, see if your neighbors have spotted it. If they haven’t, contact your local post office directly. They will likely be able to do a GPS trace on the package and will also speak with the person who was in charge of actually delivering the item. In most cases, you’ll be able to locate your package this way.

What if USPS was unable to locate my package?

If you purchased shipping insurance, you will be able to open a claim through USPS and get reimbursed through them. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to “Start an Online Claim.”

If you didn’t purchase shipping insurance, USPS may still be able to locate your package. Click the “Find Missing Mail” button for uninsured mail through the above link and follow the steps outlined there.
