We accept returns within 14 days of the original delivery date (i.e. when your item was marked delivered, not your purchase date). Items must meet the following criteria to be returnable:
- Item(s) are in brand new condition (i.e. no worn or damaged items, or products missing parts not due to our error).
- Item(s) were not marked final sale.
- Item(s) were delivered within 14 days of today's date.
Please note that we do not accept returns for socks, slides, underwear, swimsuits or grab bags, which are all final sale.
Iron Yokai also does not process exchanges.
Products returned within 14 days of the original delivery date will be refunded to the method of payment used. We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items returned after this 2-week window. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
RETURN PROCESSING TIMES
Returns will be processed within 7 business days of being marked delivered. Once your return is approved, you will be emailed a refund confirmation.
HOW TO START A RETURN:
1) First, please reply to your confirmation email and precise the item(s) that you’d like to return from that order.
2) Include a note with your original order number in the package you ship back.

- Socks, slides, underwear, swimsuits
- Any grab bags or mystery bags
- Any items not in original condition (i.e. worn or damaged items, items missing parts not due to our error)
- Any items returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Any items specified as final sale
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your package is inspected and approved, we will send you a return confirmation by email. A refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Please consider using a traceable shipping method (with tracking) or purchasing shipping insurance when mailing items over $75. If your return package is untracked and gets lost, no refund will be provided.
Shipping fees are nonrefundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Because our items are limited edition, we are unable to offer exchanges.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If your refund is delayed, please check your bank account first to see if your funds have been returned—it can take some time before a refund is officially posted. If you still don't see your refund, contact your credit card company or bank to confirm that a refund has been issued.
